Vintage Art Nouveau Revival Pewter Footed Bowl – 95% Feinzinn, Dragonfly & Shell Rim, Mid-20th Century
A beautifully crafted vintage pewter footed bowl in the Art Nouveau revival style, produced in mid-20th century Germany or Austria (c. 1950s–1960s). Cast in 95% Feinzinn (fine tin/pewter) as stamped on the base, this shallow dish rests on four elegantly scrolled acanthus feet and features an applied decorative rim of remarkable detail.
The design draws directly from the Jugendstil vocabulary of the early 1900s — a period revival that was widely produced in quality pewter workshops across Central Europe in the post-war decades.
