Return Policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return the item within 14 days of receiving the package.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without additional damage or signs of use.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the item arrives damaged, WhisperTreasuresCo will cover the return shipping cost or offer an alternative solution.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Items that have been used after delivery
• Items damaged after delivery

Refunds Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, WhisperTreasuresCo will refund the original standard shipping cost paid at the time of purchase, in addition to the item price. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except where the item arrives damaged.
